Exchange Policy

  • For hygience purposes, all items sold are not exchangeable.
  • We do our best to conduct checking on the items before posting out.
  • Exchange of items are considered only if the items colour or sizes are delivered wrongly or there's prominent manufacturer's defects.
  • Slight colour differences from photos due to lighting; thread fray ends; wrinkles; slight mis-alignment of seams; minor tear on seams which can be hand stitched; Button loss; minor stains; washable stains; smudges and dirt are not considered as prominent defects.
  • Customers should notify us by email to "SHE" KIDZ to make an exchange within 3 days after customer has received the item.
  • All return items must be returned in the original condition with the wrapper, if any, without any kind of alteration done to it.
  • Further charges (eg. delivery charges / postages) incurred related to the exchange of items will be borne by the customer.

Refund Policy

  • Strictly no refund for all merchandise purchased online.
  • Payments are refundable only if the items are out of stock. Otherwise, once payment has been made, it is non-refundable.
  • Refunded amount will only be based on item's price. Postage and shipping fees are non- refundable.
